London’s Urban Food Fest this October
Mustard cocktails and a “fried chicken ambulance”
This October sees a new partnership between east London’s burgeoning Urban Food Fest with classic condiments French’s and Frank’s RedHot sauce offering the likes of mustard cocktails and something described as a “fried chicken ambulance”!
If you’ve yet to experience it and fancy a trip down to the Fest on Shoreditch High Street, then you’ll find one of the most laid-back vibes in London Town right now, with live music, tons of great street food stalls and some great bars serving up craft beers and killer cocktails!
French’s and Frank’s RedHot have come up with a spicy banh mi sandwich with Frank’s and a fried chicken bun with the mustard that will only be served in October down at UFF.
They’ve also crafted some unique bourbon-based cocktails – one called the Tropical Paradise with mustard, lemon juice, apple and pineapple juice in, and the other called the Watermelon Twist, containing hot sauce, watermelon juice and apple juice – also served exclusively at the Urban Food Fest.

London’s only pop-up food market will be serving refreshing, condiment-filled cocktails and decadent, Southern-style cuisine made exclusively for French’s and Frank’s RedHot from midday to midnight throughout October. Turn up at Euro Car Parks (162-167 Shoreditch High Street) in London for plenty of food, fun, live music and completely free entry. “If you’re already longing for warmer weather and wishing you could get down to Florida for a little R&R, look no further: French’s will be serving up Miami in a glass in the form of The French’s Tropical Paradise. This colourful concoction combines fresh lemon, apple and pineapple juice, Bulleit Bourbon, and French’s Classic Yellow Mustard for a little taste of sun and sand in your cup. Craving a bit more kick? Try the fiery yet sweet Frank’s RedHot Spicy Watermelon Twist made with Bulleit bourbon, Frank’s RedHot, a blend of apple and watermelon juice, and a dash of black pepper for an added zing.
